Care Team

We are a group of individuals who strive to be the hand and feet of Christ to each member of CLC who are hospitalized or in a care facility. We believe that if one member suffers, we all suffer together and therefore feel that it is our duty as followers of Christ to meet their needs through prayer and conversation. Each member of the Care Team is responsible for reaching out to our members on a rotating basis as a representative of Christ Lutheran Church.
